Your Tax Changes Hurt Real PeopleToday a great many weekly paid people are going to find out just what Brown's last budget tax changes are going to mean to them. I have just run our first payrole of the new tax year when the effects of last year's Brown bomb shell Budget kick in with the lose of the 10p band. It is not until I have actually seen the effect on our staff pay that I am able to really understand what the lunatics have done.
Shop workers are not the highest paid group in the economy even if we do pay above the minimum wage. Our staff are effected.
We have 4 members our team that fall into the tax paying bracket and here is how Brown's change hurts a couple of them.
1. Full time last month £15.40 income tax per week this month £30.00 tax per week
An almost doubling of the tax they have to pay and a 6.5% reduction in take home pay.
2. Part Time last month £12.46 income tax per week, this month £15.00 tax per week
A 20% increase in tax and a 1.6% reduction in take home pay.
The full time member of our team is someone who spent nearly a year on benefit while he was looking for work before he started with us. For any government to treat someone like him who wants work and not be a burden on the state is utterly shameful.
For it to happen in the United Kingdom show just how depraived this bunch socialist freeloading has beens have become.
And Brown thinks there is nothing wrong with our economy.
